Cancellation Policy
Requests to cancel or reschedule all appointments must be received 48 hours prior to the session for a refund. Sessions which have already been rescheduled will not be refunded or rescheduled twice.
If you are late to a session with no communication prior, Rebecca will wait for 15 minutes, after which the session will be deemed a 'no show', no refunds or rescheduling will be issued.
